Community Guidelines

Welcome to the Vaultverse! These guidelines are here to make sure everyone can enjoy, create, and explore safely in our spooky universe.

1. Respect and Kindness

Treat all members with respect. Harassment, hate speech, racism, sexism, or any form of discrimination will not be tolerated.
Personal attacks, bullying, or threats are prohibited.
Disagreements are fine — argue ideas, not people.

2. Content Rules

No NSFW, illegal, or extreme gore content outside of story/game context.
Graphic horror content is allowed within reason, especially if it’s story/game-related.

3. Behaviour & Conduct

Keep interactions friendly and positive. No excessive trolling or baiting.
No spam, repeated messages, or irrelevant links.
Avoid “clout-chasing” or self-promotion outside designated channels.

4. Creative Contributions

Fanart, AI art, and stories are encouraged, but give credit where due.
Plagiarism or stealing someone else’s work is prohibited.
Contests may have specific rules about submissions — follow them carefully.

5. Safety & Privacy

Never share personal information (real names, addresses, phone numbers, school info).
Report suspicious behaviour to the owner immediately.

6. Language & Communication

Keep language appropriate for the community (no excessive swearing).
Be mindful of younger members; Vaultverse welcomes fans of multiple ages from 13 and over.
Use clear channels for different topics (art, story, discussion, events).

7. Moderation

The owner is here to help, enforce rules, and keep the community safe.
Respect their instructions and decisions. Appeals can be made politely if needed.
Repeated offences may result in warnings, mutes, kicks, or bans, depending on severity.

8. Participation & Events

Join events, discussions, and contests to engage with the community.
Follow rules for events or challenges — failure to comply may disqualify entries.
