1. Eligibility

• Vaultverse is intended for users aged 13 and older.

• By joining our Discord, website, or contests, you confirm that you meet this age requirement.

• If we discover a user is under 13, their access may be removed to comply with legal and platform requirements.

2. Community Rules

• Follow our Community Guidelines.

• Be respectful, avoid harmful content, and keep Vaultverse a safe, fun place.

• Breaking the rules may result in removal from the community or disqualification from contests.

3. Contests and Submissions

• By entering Vaultverse contests, you grant us permission to showcase your submissions (art, writing, videos, etc.) on Vaultverse platforms (Discord, website, YouTube, TikTok, etc.).

• You retain ownership of your work. We only use it for community showcases and promotions.

• Tangible Prizes: Future contests may include up to 3 tangible prizes for winners per contest, when Vaultverse is financially able. If you win, we may ask for additional information (like your real name) solely to deliver your prize. Vaultverse will never sell or trade this information, even in financially challenging situations.

4. Privacy

• We collect only necessary information: emails, Discord usernames, and Discord handles.

• Tangible prizes may require additional info, which will only be used for delivery purposes.

• Vaultverse will never sell or trade your personal information, ever.

5. Third-Party Services

• Vaultverse uses platforms like Discord, YouTube, TikTok, and Google Forms.

• These services have their own Terms and Privacy Policies, and we are not responsible for how they handle your data.

6. Liability

• Vaultverse is not responsible for technical errors, downtime, or third-party issues (e.g., Discord outages).

• Participation in contests and community activities is at your own risk.

7. Changes to These Terms

• We may update these Terms to keep Vaultverse safe and fair.

• If we make significant changes, we will notify the community.
