The Vault was never designed to remain small forever.

What began as a contained realm of shadows, stories, theories, and experiments is expected to evolve into something far larger. With growth comes instability, disorder, misuse of power, false reports, raids, manipulation, and conflict. Because of this, future systems are already being prepared long before they are required.

The future moderation structure of the Vaultverse servers is not being built as a generic Discord hierarchy.

It is being built as part of the universe itself.

Future staff roles within the Vault will operate under immersive designations tied directly to the lore of the realm.

WATCHERS
Support-focused guardians are responsible for assisting members, handling tickets, and helping resolve conflicts calmly and fairly.

SHADOW WATCHERS
Moderators are entrusted with enforcing rules, reviewing reports, and maintaining order throughout the Vault.

GRAVEKEEPERS
Administrative overseers are responsible for reviewing moderator decisions, ensuring accountability, and protecting the integrity of the system itself.

VAULT ARCHITECTS
Technical administrators are responsible for permissions, infrastructure, channel systems, and structural stability across the realm.

The creator and final authority of the Vault.
